Our client, an esteemed educational institution is looking for a Senior ITSM Analyst to assist on a six (6) month contract to participate in a SET and ESM Tool Roll Out as well as ESM Tool Support ITSM. This position is currently remote with the role being based out of Edmonton, AB.
What you will be doing...
- Collaborate with the ITSM Process Leads to perform activities related to ITIL policies, processes, and procedures, in order to optimize delivery of services.
- Performing specific tasks relating to the assignment, creating communication, reviewing documentation, and closure of tickets.
- Monitor and evaluate process activities to ensure standards are being adhered to and that other "best practice" process activities are integrated accordingly.
- Build reports to monitor and analyze trends associated with ITSM processes and service performance.
- Migration tasks as part of a migration from ServiceNow to Freshworks - Freshservice.
What you will need to succeed...
- Knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow administration.
- Experience in JavaScript/HTML/CSS which are used in some areas where greater customization is required. General understanding of ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 foundation preferred.
- OTRS knowledge an asset Q FLow knowledge an asset.
