Description
Support Technical Services’ transition to a data-driven environment and act as liaison between IT services while having exposure and familiarity with Technical Services’ operations, systems, priorities and goals
Accountabilities
- Key responsibilities include report development, analyzing/visualizing data (Power BI or other software), supporting data centralization / modeling and supporting optimization and automation of business process.
Required
- 4-9 years (intermediate)
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
- SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices
- Experience creating data models
- Ability to analyze and report information
- Knowledge / familiarity with design thinking methodology
- Propensity for thinking outside the box, researching/testing/applying new technology
- Experience gathering requirements and working with end users, SMEs, and other stakeholders in defining solutions, user acceptance testing and implementation support
- Project management or construction background is considered an asset
