What you'll own:
· Design and build end-to-end features using Azure Functions, .NET Core, and React from conception to production
· Design solutions that handle async workflows and real-time communications
· Partner with Business Analysts and Solution teams to understand needs, while driving the technical decisions
· Work autonomously while staying connected with a distributed team across time zones
· Share knowledge through code reviews and mentoring
· Influence our technical direction as we scale - your ideas shape our standards
. Tech stack: Azure Cloud, .NET Core, C#, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, Serverless architectures, Message Queues, SignalR
Essential:
· You've built and shipped real applications to production (experience matters more than years on a resume)
· You're strong in .NET/C# and/or TypeScript/React - deep expertise in one is better than surface knowledge of both
· You've worked with cloud platforms - Azure is ideal, but AWS/GCP skills translate well
· You write clean, maintainable SQL and design APIs that make sense
· You test pragmatically - not everything needs 100% coverage, but critical paths do
· You thrive working independently and communicate clearly across time zones
Bonus points for:
· Event-driven architectures and message queue systems
· Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
· Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or LLM integration
