Lawyer - Corporate & Commercial

The role

Are you tired of the bureaucracy and politics of big firms, but still want to work on quality, market-leading transactions? We’re looking for a Lawyer to join Guy Sanderson in our Sydney Corporate Practice. We’re a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun. 

Guy specialises in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive international experience and also has a particular focus in the fintech industry. His main areas of expertise include ASX listings, capital raisings, cross-border listings, public company takeovers and mergers, private company acquisitions, buy-backs and reconstructions, and corporate governance.

We’re looking for someone: 

• who is an admitted lawyer within Australia
• with 4+ years’ experience; 
• who has who has public company experience - public M&A and/or ECM;
• who wants a fantastic team culture; and 
• with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
