Senior Associate - Banking & Finance

The role

Are you tired of the bureaucracy and politics of big firms, but still want to work on quality transactions? We’re looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our rapidly expanding Banking & Finance team. We’re a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun.

This is a Lawyer position, working with Tricia Moloney and Andrew Vincent. Working in the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex finance transactions, with a particular focus on corporate, property and project finance. You will work closely with Tricia and Andrew, but the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take a leading role in the matters, draft complex documents and liaise directly with clients.

We’re looking for someone:

• with 4+ years’ experience
• with Banking & Finance experience
• with a genuine passion for problem solving and thinking outside the box
• that is keen to be involved with the firm’s business development activities
• wanting a fantastic team culture
• with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set
