About the program:
Vacation Program Dates: Early January to late February 2026
We are looking for collaborative, proactive and energetic undergraduates to join us for the student vacation period over summer. We will provide you with on the job coaching while you build your technical skills and get the opportunity to work on impactful projects.
The program will provide invaluable practical experience to conceptualise your studies. We want you to be determined to provide solutions, open to learning new things, passionate about energy and open to thrive in a team environment.
We are seeking a Vacation Students to join our Communications and Engagement team from one of the following disciplines:
- Communications
- Marketing
- Public Relations
- Journalism
- Graphic Design
About the work:
You will have the opportunity to own a range of projects from beginning to end that contribute to Evoenergy’s strategic communications and engagement work. The direction of the projects will be shaped around your skills, interests and experience.
Your feature project will be:
- Know say do playbook - supporting the development of Evoenergy’s new internal leadership playbook. This includes gathering workshop insights, helping shape content, and contributing to the visual and written elements that bring the playbook to life.
You will also contribute to:
- Brand book and templates refresh - assisting with the review and update of Evoenergy’s brand book and coordinating refreshed templates, working closely with designers and internal stakeholders.
Alongside these projects, you will gain experience in the day-to-day work of a busy team that delivers internal and external communications, media management and engagement activities.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be in the process of completing an undergraduate degree from a university – completing your penultimate year of study.
- Have Australian working rights (note: candidates on student visas are welcome to apply)
