Your Role
Dulux NZ is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Administration Manager to provide high-level administrative support to our General Manager.
This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of executive functions and office operations, acting as a vital link between the GM and internal/external stakeholders. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare meetings, handle confidential documents, and support team events and communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage the GM’s calendar, emails, travel, meetings, and daily office operations
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups; greet and assist visitors
- Update team documents and support internal communications and events
- Conduct weekly planning sessions with the GM and coordinate logistics
- Reconcile budgets, organise wellness initiatives, and manage long service recognition
- Maintain key documents, induction materials, and coordinate monthly leadership meetings

Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who is self motivated, driven and proactive. This is a fast paced, rewarding opportunity, no day will be the same! To be successful in this role you'll need:
- Prior experience in executive support and/or administration management
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing confidential information and sensitive communications
- Demonstrated success in coordinating multi-layered meetings and events, both virtual and in-person
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
