Join Our Team

This role will see you stepping up and being trained into one of our leading Hub Director roles. Eventually you will be responsible for the daily management of the Hub, your team’s results, and the strategic business direction for your geographical region.

 

What you will achieve in 6 months…

  •  Using your enthusiastic and driven approach, motivate small teams to increase productivity and inject energy throughout the Hub,
  • Complete and understand our comprehensive training tools, utilising our proven systems and technology,
  • Build your online and offline presence incorporating the Coronis brand,
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of our full-service offering including Property Management, Finance, Insurance, removals, connections, and Investment seminars,
  •  Have more time to spend with your family and friends.


What you will achieve in 12 months…

  • Oversee the Hub’s Property Management team and assist the property managers to implement new growth strategies,
  • Actively recruit new talent to grow each Hub department,
  • Fostering a strong team culture within the office and building profitable referral partnerships between departments,
  • Actively manage the Hub’s business expenses to deliver cost effective and efficient operations including profit & loss statements, revenue targets and forecasting,
  • Report weekly to the Chief Operating Officer and provide ongoing input into the over-arching strategic direction of the business,
  • Manage relationships with all external partners and service providers.

 

Where will you be in 2 years…

Leading one of our dynamic Hubs, training and instilling great habits in new hires, winning awards and earning profit share.

 

How we will get you there…

We will provide a robust training program with a coach/mentor assigned to you. Using a lot of grit, determination, discipline, and hard work we will get you where you need to be. Bringing a burning desire to be successful and having some big hairy goals you want to achieve in your own personal life will put you ahead of the rest. 

 

Ideal Background

  • Real Estate experience is very highly desired but not essential,
  • A proven ability and examples of building and leading performing teams,
  • A proven ability and examples of increasing revenue and profit in businesses,
  • A proven ability and examples of leading individuals to reaching their professional objectives,
  • A proven ability and examples of developing a fun, dynamic and flexible culture in an office environment,
  • Five years’ experience in a similar role in senior management,
  • A current Queensland drivers’ license and a current Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
