- Show up ready – reliable, on time, and physically fit for the job

- Tool-smart – you know your way around a toolbox and aren't afraid to use it
- Team player with initiative – you can work with others but think for yourself when needed
- Mobile – restricted or full licence with your own reliable transport
- Clean record – criminal background and able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing
- Legal to work – NZ permanent resident or citizen
