About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Transmission Lineworker to join our team based out of our Dandenong South depot.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work as part of a crew delivering high voltage electricity transmission projects across multiple sites in Victoria, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and technical excellence.
This role involves regular travel and working away from home, giving you the chance to work on critical infrastructure alongside a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities include Construct & maintain high-voltage transmission lines, perform network maintenance inspections to quality and HSE standards, climb transmission structures safely and efficiently, interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and maps, operate plant and equipment as required for project tasks
About You
You’re an experienced Lineworker who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work, is confident at heights, safety-focused, and a reliable team player. You can read technical info, meet compliance standards, and are flexible to travel or work away to meet project demands.
- Proven experience in transmission line construction or maintenance
- Certificate III in ESI – Transmission Overhead
- Victorian Lineworker Licence
- Live line barehand qualified
- Current Australian Drivers Licence, OHS Construction Induction card (White/Blue/Red card), ESI Worker; High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogger); First Aid Training
