About the Role
Our Pole to Pit team supports critical overhead and underground power distribution networks, delivering safe, reliable and customer-focused solutions.
We’re seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our Tullamarine Depot. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a high-performing team, oversee field service delivery, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Lead and develop the Pole to Pit team to deliver safe and efficient outcomes
- Manage customer enquiries and escalations, working closely with contractors and clients
- Oversee quoting and deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions
- Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and compliance requirements
- Manage complex projects from initiation through to completion
- Conduct site assessments and ensure timely completion of works
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
About You
- Experienced operational leader with a strong track record of managing teams, coordinating complex service requests, and driving efficient workflow delivery in regulated environments Skilled in stakeholder management, financial oversight, resource planning, and fostering high-performing teams through a positive and safety-focused culture
- Experience in the energy distribution sector and an understanding of Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) requirements and distribution assets
- Lines worker / Electrical or Inspector trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- An understanding of the Victorian service & Installation rules (VSIR)
- Strong understanding of Land and survey Spatial information, interpreting plan of subdivision, Electrical work requests & construction drawings
- Demonstrated ability to work with utilities, councils, VicRoads, contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes within compliance requirements and operational timeframes.
- Jemena software systems, SAP, Electricity distribution portal, Upvise & JENviewer
- Current Australian Driver’s License
