We're looking for a Project Lead who enjoys bringing people together, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering projects that make a real impact. If you're an organised and proactive project professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of projects from concept through to close-out.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and considered throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Support a culture of safety, care and accountability across all project activities.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget and risks, ensuring projects remain on track.
  • Facilitate communication, collaboration and information sharing across project teams.
  • Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to lessons learned initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, quality and HSEQ requirements.

What You'll Bring

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Experience in project management, engineering, construction or infrastructure delivery.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience managing project risks, budgets and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
