About the Role
We are creating an opportunity for a Trainee Planner to join our DOMSA team supporting AusNet’s electricity distribution network across regional Victoria. Based in Benalla, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in the energy industry while learning from experienced planners and operational leaders. Over a 2 year period you will develop Electrical Distribution subject matter expertise, network outage planning, together with workforce scheduling and coordination skills while supporting the safe and efficient delivery of essential network maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Assist with preparation of work packages for maintenance activities.
- Support scheduling of crews, materials and contractors.
- Maintain planning records and system data.
- Learn planning processes and documentation requirements.
- Participate in site visits and operational activities.
- Support compliance and permitting activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
