The Zinfra Projects and Infrastructure business is the trusted partner to deliver construction projects in Transmission Lines, Substations (Green and Brownfield), Renewable energy storage and Green Gas infrastructure.

 

About the role 

In this role you will be leading Zinfra’s construction activities and delivery of non-routine work. You will support long term asset management objectives of the business, ensure the ongoing integrity of Zinfra’s operations and ensure the construction and delivery of cost effective and efficient operating and capital investments decisions that meet short and long-term objectives.

You will be based at our Broadmeadows depot and on-site, working around the North West suburbs of Melbourne.

This role has a competitive salary and a tool of trade vehicle is provided.

 

Key Responsibilities include

  • Managing and supervising site-based delivery of projects focusing on safety, time, cost, quality, management of sub-contractors and client/ stakeholder management.
  • Ensuring the project risks are managed in accordance with PDS
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders relations with sub-contractors, the client and internal staff
  • Providing supporting documentation to ensure target adjustments are justified and provide accurate inputs into forecasting of the program resource requirements

 

About You 

  • White card and valid driver’s licence
  • Project delivery and management site-based experience including managing health and safety
  • Experience with substations or distribution
