About the role:
We are thrilled to offer multiple dynamic opportunities for Graduate Engineers to join our team in Sydney to work mainly out of our Greystanes depot. Our structured two-year program features a nurturing environment for growth and development. You will have the chance to contribute to exciting projects, working in a fast-paced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact.
Roles for our 2027 intake include:
As a Graduate Engineer at Zinfra, you will support the delivery of critical infrastructure projects that support both Gas Distribution and Transmissions assets. Working within a collaborative projects environment, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle—from early design and planning through to construction and handover—assisting in the development of practical, compliant, and high-quality engineering solutions. These positions are ideal for a motivated graduate seeking hands-on experience, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to complex infrastructure projects.
What We Look for in Our Graduates:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Petroleum)
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A passion for learning and growing within the industry
- Ability to work in remote areas on projects sites with various rosters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia
