In this role, you will:
- Own end-to-end recruitment across apprentices, graduates and early careers pathways
- Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring plans, attraction approaches and workforce needs
- Deliver high-volume campaigns, including sourcing, screening, assessment and onboarding
- Support the delivery of future talent programs, including attraction campaigns and engagement activities
- Build talent pipelines and identify opportunities to improve diversity and long-term capability
- Provide practical advice and insights to stakeholders on hiring approaches and market conditions
What we’re looking for:
- A strong end-to-end recruiter who can operate independently and deliver at pace
- Confidence working with hiring managers and providing clear, practical advice
- Experience managing multiple priorities across high-volume or program-based hiring
- An interest in early careers, talent pipelines and building future workforce capability
- A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach with a strong team mindset
