About the role

The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective rolling work programs for the DOMSA contract. By integrating multiple work streams, the coordinator ensures alignment with customer deadlines and Zinfra’s productivity and revenue goals. This role is responsible for building and maintaining programs extending beyond three months, while actively monitoring progress against targets. It involves identifying delivery risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and uncovering opportunities for continuous improvement. The Program Coordinator is essential in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution across all facets of the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project establishment and delivery, while nurturing a culture of learning and growth.
  • Ensuring project execution is aligning with Jemena PMM, Zinfra WHSE systems, and SAP Construction Process, with care and attention to detail.
  • Fostering two-way, responsive communication that adapts to evolving business and individual needs.
  • Supporting scope and budget management to enable timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Leading by example, consistently embodying Zinfra’s values and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Building and maintaining strong, respectful relationships with key stakeholders across the Zinfra business.
  • Overseeing the preparation and issuance of review documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
  • Providing operational support to the planning team, especially around outage scheduling and coordination.
  • Monitoring Bush Fire Mitigation activities to ensure they are aligning with compliance and safety requirements.

About You

You’re confident managing multiple priorities and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.

To be selected for interview your resume should detail:

  • Extensive planning experience in engineering or infrastructure, supporting successful delivery across complex programs of work.
  • Experience preparing and maintaining project quality records with care, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
  • Time spent tracking and managing multiple projects at once, using strong organisational and time management skills to keep everything on course.
  • Demonstrable experience strategic and lateral thinking, approaching challenges with curiosity and a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
