About the Role:
We are seeking multiple skilled G&B Lineworkers to join our teams in Heathwood and Townsville, QLD. This role involves some intrastate travel and offers the benefit of a 9-day fortnight.
The primary focus is the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution networks, ensuring safe and efficient operation of relevant plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a 9-day fortnight schedule
- Undertake intrastate travel as required
- Interpret technical drawings and network line diagrams
- Construct and maintain electricity distribution networks in line with Company Policies, Quality Systems, and HSE procedures
- Respond to emergency incidents involving high/low voltage distribution assets
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant Lineworker qualifications and strong experience in distribution line maintenance and construction
- Hold a current QLD Lineworker Electrical Licence
- Hot stick & Glove & Barrier qualification
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle highly desirable)
- White/Blue card
- A highly motivated approach and enthusiasm for joining an experienced and dynamic team
