About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Transmission Lineworker to join our team based out of our Dandenong South depot.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work as part of a crew delivering high voltage electricity transmission projects across multiple sites in Victoria, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and technical excellence.

This role involves regular travel and working away from home, giving you the chance to work on critical infrastructure alongside a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Construct & maintain high-voltage transmission lines
  • Perform network maintenance inspections to quality and HSE standards
  • Climb transmission structures safely and efficiently
  • Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and maps
  • Operate plant and equipment as required for project tasks

About You

You’re an experienced Lineworker who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work, is confident at heights, safety-focused, and a reliable team player. You can read technical info, meet compliance standards, and are flexible to travel or work away to meet project demands.

  • Proven experience in transmission line construction or maintenance
  • Certificate III in ESI – Transmission Overhead
  • Victorian Lineworker Licence
  • Live line barehand qualified
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • OHS Construction Induction card (White/Blue/Red card)
  • ESI Worker; High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogger); First Aid Training
