About the role

We’re seeking experienced Transmission Lineworkers to join our Sydney-based team in key leadership roles delivering major overhead line projects across NSW.

You’ll lead diverse crews on high-profile energy projects, playing a vital role across high-profile energy projects, helping shape outcomes through your operational insight and people-first approach.

The role requires regular travel and working away from home, aligned with project timelines and rostered operations.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Construct & maintain high-voltage transmission lines
  • Perform network maintenance inspections to quality and HSE standards
  • Climb transmission structures safely and efficiently
  • Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and maps
  • Operate plant and equipment as required for project tasks

About You

We’re seeking experienced and qualified Transmission Crew Leaders who thrive in field-based, project-driven environments. You’re a confident, hands-on leader with the ability to engage diverse teams and mentor others. With strong technical knowledge in overhead line work and a commitment to safety and performance, you’re a trusted presence on every site.

  • Certificate III in ESI – Transmission Overhead and Electrical Lineworker Licence
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • OHS Construction Induction card (White/Blue card)
  • ESI Worker; High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogger); First Aid Training
