Due to continued growth, we're excited to welcome an experienced Customer Project Manager to our team.

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with customers, colleagues, service providers and industry partners to successfully deliver customer connection projects from initial planning and design through to completion.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your projects while being part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, combining your project management, technical and relationship-building skills to create positive outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

No two projects are exactly the same. You'll manage a portfolio of customer projects while building trusted relationships and ensuring each project progresses smoothly.

You'll:

• Support customers throughout their project journey, providing clear and timely information.
• Manage customer projects from initial scope and estimation through to delivery and close-out.
• Prepare customer and non-customer cost estimates.
• Coordinate the design and delivery of electrical distribution systems.
• Work collaboratively with customers, colleagues, service providers and other stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes.
• Monitor project financials, including WIP, earned value, budgets, actuals and forecasting.
• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate tendering activities and contract administration.
• Ensure project scopes and contractual arrangements are clearly understood and aligned.
• Provide accurate technical and supply information to customers.
• Support the timely completion and close-out of projects.

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, brings a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and is comfortable balancing customer, technical and commercial priorities.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in project coordination or project management within the electrical distribution industry.
• Knowledge or experience of customer connection or connection-of-supply projects.
• Experience with tendering and contract administration.
• Project management experience, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge and support others.
