About the role
The Works Programme Resource Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of the annual DOMSA works programme. Working closely with capacity planning, Project Managers, Planners and operational teams, this role helps ensure the data and information are in place to support work being delivered effectively.
Responsibilities include contributing to workforce planning processes, supporting resource utilisation aligned with business needs, and maintaining reliable data for analysis and review. The coordinator also drives the timely provision of planning inputs across project and maintenance teams, while assisting operational teams to access information to deliver planned work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities include
- Supporting operational workforce resource planning by contributing to programme delivery plans and identifying labour, material and subcontractor needs.
- Monitoring critical activities, reporting on progress against targets and ensuring programme schedules are communicated and understood by delivery teams.
- Maintaining systems, databases and workflows to ensure accurate, timely information from planning through to billing stages.
- Preparing weekly reports, analysing operational information and identifying trends and improvement opportunities using tools such as Power BI.
- Reviewing processes, validating operational data and supporting seasonal or specialist programme requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve data integrity and enhance reporting efficiency across systems and workflows.
- Engaging with stakeholders by communicating results, closing out actions, supporting audits and improving visibility of operational information.
About You

You will be confident analysing data, managing workflows and maintaining accurate systems to drive efficient programme delivery. With strong communication skills, you will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, presenting insights clearly and supporting ongoing process improvements.
Please ensure your resume highlights:
- Demonstrably strong spreadsheet capability and the ability to interpret, analyse and present data accurately.
- Experience supporting workforce planning, rostering or scheduling of resources, reporting and operational processes.
- Evidence of time spent preparing and delivering reports and presentations to varied stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats, ensuring information is concise, accurate and tailored to the audience.
- Confidence coordinating work in a fast‑paced environment with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation, self‑discipline and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
