Are you a detail-driven planner who enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Works Ready Coordinator (Work Planner) to help us deliver critical infrastructure projects with precision and care across multiple networks; Ausnet, Jemena & United Energy.

- Advise third parties on Electrical Assets Regulation for construction and utility infrastructure projects
- Create job packs for field crews and customers, including drawings, PTWs, and procedures
- Submit applications for high and low voltage isolations and shutdowns within customer deadlines
- Schedule high and low voltage shutdowns as needed, ensuring timely completion
- Address regulatory breaches with external parties, offering professional and constructive guidance for resolution
- Identify and suggest improvements for business systems, processes, and workflows

About You
- Exceptional working knowledge of construction, maintenance, planning/scheduling, and operational techniques and standards as applied to electrical networks
- Strong understanding of operational standards for electrical networks, ideally including Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements
- An excellent understanding of HSEQ issues as they relate to maintenance planning
- Experience preparing and lodging switching sheets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP and other planning or scheduling systems is highly regarded
- Certificate III in Power, Project Management (or equivalent)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
