About the role
We are looking for a motivated Trade Assistant to join our Cambridge Depot team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to travel throughout Tasmania and work on a diverse range of construction projects. Regular travel and working away from home are required, while enjoying the benefits of a 9-day fortnight.
- Providing hands-on support and assistance to Electrical Tradespeople across construction projects
- Assisting with Digging pole holes, earth trenches, and general yard/depot duties
- Reading and following work instructions, plans and safety requirements
- Undertaking all work in accordance with company policies, quality systems, HSE procedures and statutory requirements
- Contributing to a positive team culture with a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service

About You
To thrive in this role, you'll have experience working as a versatile Trade Assistant, supporting tradespeople along with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Current Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly desirable)
- High Risk Work Licence (Forklift and/or C2 Crane highly desirable)
- Blue/White Card (OHS Construction Induction Card)
