About the role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Pole to Pit Assessor to join our organisation at our Keysborough depot. The primary purpose of the role is to provide feedback to our customers requests for pole to pit by providing detailed drawings, investigating customer complains and liasising with contractors. This role provides an end to end delivery ensuring complete OH&S alignment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing valid quotations for customer approvals
  • Trade qualifications (Desirable)
  • Ensuring the most cost-effective use of each field resource, therefore maximising customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a high focus on productivity, safety, quality and data integrity.
  • Arranging for necessary repairs (pit upgrades, stolen cables etc) to be done in a timely manner
  • Resolving customer complaints by scoping, liaising with contractors, customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Dealing with complex issues when managing Pole to Pit requests to ensure effective stakeholder management and project implementation
  • Completing daily planning and scheduling for all high transaction work

About You:

  • Effective communication – verbally and written
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stake holder including, the client supervisors and contractors
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and coordinate workloads
  • Current Victorian Drivers License
  • Current Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) training
