Overhead Delivery Manager  

Zinfra partners with companies across the utility and infrastructure sectors to deliver maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction services. For our partners our work is crucial to maintaining the safety and reliability of their electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets. 

About the role 

We are currently seeking an Overhead Delivery Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis based at our Mornington depot.

The primary focus of the Overhead Delivery Manager is to ensure the processes, systems and disciplines are in place for the efficient delivery of the works program.

Key Responsibilities include. 

  • Manage and motivate your team to ensure all work is delivered to the specified scope, time frame, allocated budget and quality.
  • Maximise field resources and equipment utilisation, whilst managing risk and safety issues
  • Review current work scope to put necessary control and continuous improvement tools in place to eliminate any recurring operation issues and drive productivity.
  • Ensure the delivery is programmed efficiently to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive high employee engagement through effective leadership.

 

About You 

We are currently seeking someone with experience within a Managerial role that has considerable working knowledge of construction, maintenance, planning/scheduling work and operational techniques and standards as applied to electrical networks.


  • An understanding of Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and SAP (desirable)
  • Excellent understanding of HSEQ issues as they relate to maintenance planning.
  • Cert III in Power, Project Manager or other relevant qualifications and current Australian Drivers Licence
