About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the General Manager, Leadership Team, and broader business unit. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll manage confidential tasks, drive communication initiatives, and ensure operational rhythm across the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and executing the annual communications plan, including newsletters, GM updates, and leader forums.
Drafting and managing internal communications on behalf of senior leaders.
Organising events and meetings to maintain cadence and engagement.
Supervising a direct report and supporting multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities.
Leveraging tools like Office 365 and AI-powered platforms to streamline administrative tasks.
About You
You’re a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You bring:
Significant experience in senior administration or executive support roles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality content.
Strong event coordination and stakeholder engagement experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Canva or similar platforms.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
