About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in improving how we deliver critical works across the contract. From planned programs and customer connections through to fault response and emergency works, you'll help ensure our teams are safe, supported and set up for success.
Working closely with operational leaders, support teams and our client, you'll identify opportunities to improve performance, strengthen capability and embed continuous improvement. You'll influence positive change, build strong relationships and help create a culture where people can do their best work.

About You
- Extensive experience in construction, maintenance and field operations environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial and financial drivers within contract-based operations.
- Knowledge of electricity distribution networks (highly regarded).
- Minimum 5 years' operational leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead field delivery programs and operational teams.
- Experience in resource planning, risk management and compliance.
Your Qualifications / Certifications & Experience
- Certificate III or higher in Power Systems, Electrical Utilities, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ frameworks and safety legislation.
- Experience applying project management methodologies to deliver operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools and ROI-driven initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and digital work management systems.
- Ability to use data and reporting insights to support operational decision-making.
