About the role
Are you a proactive planner with a knack for coordination and a passion for making things happen? We’re looking for a Works Ready Coordinator to help us deliver critical infrastructure projects with precision and care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and enjoy working collaboratively, this could be your next big move.
The successful candidate will be required to work in the office 5 days per week in our Pakenham depot, and will be provided with a Tool of Trade vehicle.
Key Responsibilities include
- Advise third parties on Electrical Assets Regulation for construction and utility infrastructure projects
- Create job packs for field crews and customers, including drawings, PTWs, and procedures
- Submit applications for high and low voltage isolations and shutdowns within customer deadlines
- Schedule high and low voltage shutdowns as needed, ensuring timely completion
- Address regulatory breaches with external parties, offering professional and constructive guidance for resolution
- Identify and suggest improvements for business systems, processes, and workflows
About You
You’re someone who brings a thoughtful, organised, and tech-savvy approach to your work. You’re confident managing competing priorities and have a natural ability to bring people together to get things done. We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP experience (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in works planning or coordination
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Experience in electrical or VESI environments (desirable but not essential)
