About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Operational Improvement Analyst to join our Power Services South team, working closely with the Project Director and operational leaders to drive real, measurable improvements across major energy and infrastructure contracts.

This is a newly created role designed to support a significant pipeline of initiatives across 2026 and beyond. You’ll take ownership of key workstreams, partnering with teams on the ground to identify opportunities, design solutions, and lead change through to implementation.

With strong exposure to senior leadership, this role offers the opportunity to influence decisions, drive outcomes, and build your profile within a market-leading business.

 Key Responsibilities include

  • Partner with operational leaders and frontline teams to identify challenges and improvement opportunities
  • Analyse processes and workflows to uncover inefficiencies and root causes
  • Design and recommend practical, value-driven solutions
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Embed new ways of working and drive sustainable change
  • Monitor performance and deliver continuous improvement outcomes

About You

You’re a commercially minded and hands-on professional who enjoys working closely with people and systems to solve real operational challenges. You’re equally comfortable analysing complex problems and driving practical outcomes on the ground.

  •  Proven experience in Business Analysis, transformation, or operational improvement
  • Experience within energy, utilities, or infrastructure environments (highly regarded)
  • Ability to move beyond analysis and drive the implementation of change
  • Experience analysing processes, workflows, and organisational structures
  • Advanced analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
