About the role
We’re currently seeking experienced Lineworkers and Glove & Barrier Lineworkers for our Youngtown and Cambridge depots, with positions available at both locations. These roles offer a mix of consistent local work and project-based opportunities, with the ability to maximise earning potential, build experience, and continue upskilling while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities include
- Study and interpret technical drawings, network line diagrams & maps
- Undertake the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution and/or transmission networks in accordance with Company Policies, Quality Systems and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirements
- Emergency response on high/low voltage distribution assets

About You
With a strong pipeline of work in both our Youngtown and Cambridge depots, we’re looking for skilled Lineworkers who are team players, safety focused, and take pride in delivering quality work on the ground. If you lead by example and are looking to continue building your skills and experience, this is the place to grow.
- Hold a Certificate III ESI in Distribution or equivalent
- Current Electrical Lineworker Distribution Licence
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle highly desirable)
- White/Blue card (OHS construction induction card)
- Experience within an electrical maintenance and construction environment
