- Manage relationships with clients, design consultants, suppliers and project teams to achieve programme, commercial and engineering objectives.
- Contribute to the development of engineering standards, tools, innovation initiatives and capability uplift across the broader engineering function.
About You
You're a technically capable engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges and turning concepts into practical, deliverable solutions. You combine strong engineering fundamentals with accountability, sound judgement and a collaborative approach, enabling you to build trusted relationships and deliver outcomes in demanding project environments.
- Degree qualification in Structural Engineering preferred, however qualification in electrical or other related Engineering discipline may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience delivering transmission line engineering designs within electricity transmission or energy infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian and international design standards, tendering processes and engineering governance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with PLS CADD and PLS Tower.
- Experience with Space GASS or other structural software considered an advantage.
- Experience supporting major bids, design-and-construct projects or EPC projects, including technical solution development and consultant management.
