Key Responsibilities include

  • Manage customer interactions across phone and email
  • Confirm site access, appointment details and special requirements for difficult‑to‑access or complex jobs
  • Maintain accurate work order and appointment records, ensuring information is current and reliable
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues and support operational delivery
  • Proactively follow up jobs to ensure completion, quality outcomes and customer satisfaction

About You

You are organised, customer-focused and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service, coordination or support role
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive or complex customer enquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel), with experience using systems such as SAP or Power BI highly regarded
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in utilities, services or a similar operational environment is desirable
