About the role

Ready to make a real impact? Join us as a Works Planner (Works Ready Coordinator) at our Broadmeadows depot, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Substations team and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and coordinating work packages, making sure all logistics, scheduling, and crews are fully set up for success each day. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll help optimise planning, minimise risks, and keep our works program running smoothly from start to finish.

About You

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and influencing skills, paired with sharp analytical capability and high work standards. You will have a track record of maintaining data integrity management, and process governance, while communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised and detail‑focused, you will balance competing priorities, coach others, and drive continuous improvement. Your proactive, professional approach ensures efficient operations, accurate reporting, and consistently high‑quality outcomes.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing capability
  • Advanced analytical skills, including capacity planning and data integrity troubleshooting
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word/Excel, and other planning or scheduling systems is highly regarded
