About the Role

We’re looking for a thoughtful and organised Job Planner to join our team and play a key role in shaping a forward-looking works program. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, collaborating with others, and making a meaningful impact on how work is delivered.

You’ll help plan and coordinate a rolling 4+ week program of work, ensuring activities are well-prepared, resources are supported, and outcomes meet both operational and customer needs. Your work will directly contribute to smoother operations, stronger teamwork, and better service for our customers.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain a clear, forward plan of upcoming work
  • Work closely with colleagues across planning and scheduling to balance workload and capacity
  • Define job requirements, sequencing, and delivery approach in a structured way
  • Identify and organise labour, materials, tools, and equipment needed for success
  • Prepare and maintain accurate, easy-to-follow job planning information
  • Consider customer, site, and timing needs to support positive outcomes
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and well-coordinated work environment

 

About You

You’re someone who enjoys working with others, values clear communication, and takes pride in being reliable and well-organised. You may come from a planning, scheduling, coordination, or operational background—and you don’t need to tick every box to apply.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating work (any industry welcome)
  • Ability to organise resources such as people, equipment, or materials
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools
  • Exposure to systems like SAP or similar (helpful but not essential)
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
