About the role

As a Maintenance Preparation Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping critical assets running smoothly by planning and preparing maintenance activities. You will gain valuable exposure across operations, maintenance, and stakeholder management, making this an excellent opportunity to broaden your skillset and build your career.

Based out of our Glen Waverley depot, this is a hybrid role offering a mix of office and work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Prepare and coordinate maintenance work packs (materials, resources, documentation)
  • Liaise with engineering, operations, and field teams
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems
  • Support outage planning and execution
  • Identify and drive process improvements

About You

You’re a highly organised and detail-focused professional who can turn plans into action. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident managing competing priorities while keeping work on track. You bring:

  • Proven experience in maintenance, administration, coordination, or as a technician within utilities, infrastructure, or a similar industry
  • Strong ERP/system skills with a tech-savvy approach (SAP desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
