About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and collaborative Project Coordinator to join our team in Old Guildford! Take ownership of running reports, analysing and interpreting data as well as monitoring and managing finances, among other tasks.

This is a hybrid position where you will split your week between WFH and at our Old Guildford depot.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Support the development of and maintain project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones and deliverables using MS Project Online and other project management and scheduling or work order management systems
  • Responsible for booking, scheduling (and rescheduling), and prioritising all field resourcing to ensure projects have everything it needs to be completed successfully
  • Support the development and ongoing review of project risk registers
  • Support the preparation and ongoing review of project variations and registers
  • Responsible for management of SAP budgets and reporting forecast and current costs for the project
  • Responsible for process invoices, payments and coordinate accruals
  • Support the handover of projects between Functional Groups to ensure all project deliverables are provided and project systems are updated
  • Manage the tracking of contract performance, field documentation sign off, and project management overview
  • Support in developing and complying with the project Safety Management plan including site induction records, daily toolbox sign off, communication of safety alerts, maintaining all training records, booking training, arranging PPE for project personnel

About You

This position would ideally suit a dedicated Project Coordinator or someone with a strong administrative background that is wanting to step into a Project Coordinator role, who also has an analytical mind and is able to successfully interpret and convey data to stakeholders of all levels. You will also possess the following attributes:

  • Previous experience with SAP (desirable)
  • 2+ years project administration or project coordination experience
  • Understanding of risk management, financial management, contract management and problem solving
  • Engaging and collaborative with excellent verbal and interpersonal communication and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
