About the role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager out of our Keysborough depot who will be responsible for leading Works Ready Coordinators, Maintenance Preparation Coordinators, internal field resources, and contractors to deliver allocated programs of work safely, efficiently, and within time and cost budgets.
The role is accountable for optimising field resource utilisation, managing risk, and ensuring asset performance objectives are achieved, while leading teams to meet customer expectations and the strategic needs of the business through strong performance management and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage office based and field teams in a complex ESI environment, driving safe, high performing operational delivery
- Plan, allocate, and optimise workforce, fleet, and resources to meet productivity, utilisation, and customer outcomes
- Provide strong people leadership, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and local ER/IR matters
- Oversee fault response, emergency works, metering, and servicing activities to ensure readiness, compliance, and KPI achievement
- Drive health, safety, and environmental excellence through visible leadership, risk management, and safety culture initiatives
- Manage financial and commercial performance, including budgets, cost control, KPIs, contractor performance, and reporting
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, contractors, and network partners, balancing service, risk, and commercial priorities
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice operations aligned with regulatory and business requirements

About You
- An experienced people leader with a background in utilities or ESI environments
- Proven ability to lead office‑based and field teams while working collaboratively with contractors
- Proactive, accountable, and self‑motivated, with a strong focus on quality outcomes
- Skilled at building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and teams
- Demonstrated capability in coaching, developing talent, and building high‑performing teams
- Commercially aware, with sound judgement, decision‑making, and financial understanding
- Holds formal technical and/or trade qualification and a current Australian driver’s licence
