About the role
The Business Support Office will be responsible for providing day to day administrative, coordination, financial and reporting support for the delivery of United Energy No Go Zone (NGZ) unitised services.
The role ensures accurate management of No Go Zone applications, quotations, field work orders, invoicing and data capture in accordance with No Go Zone (NGZ) Unitised Activity requirements.
- End‑to‑end processing of applications, quotations, invoicing, purchase orders, archiving, and general back‑office administration to support business unit operations
- Review customer applications, resolve queries and liaise with NGZ Assessors, Works ready coordinators and supervisors
- Raise and manage NGZ field work orders, allocating work and coordinate scheduling of NGZ activities
- Provide SAP and system support including project setup, reporting, financial data, sales and purchase orders, and month‑end reporting across SAP, IMS, RMS, ECMS and related systems
- Maintain accurate business records (assets, tools, employee data, meeting minutes), provide backup support to team members, and support cross‑functional business needs as directed
- Build positive working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment

About You
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting business operations. With strong computer literacy and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy balancing multiple priorities. Your excellent communication skills and commercial awareness make you a trusted team member who’s always ready to contribute to continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong capability in Excel and confidence using Word and related tools
- Experience using SAP or similar business systems at a transactional or user level (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and transactional processing
