About the role

Are you a proactive admin powerhouse ready to make a role your own? We’re on the hunt for a Business Support Officer to support our newly established team and office in Jandakot. This is your chance to be part of something fresh, exciting, and impactful from day one, providing support to the State Manager and the delivery team.

The successful candidate will be required to work in the office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Procurement, invoicing, and SAP functions
  • Document and compliance management
  • Travel bookings, timesheets, and expense claims
  • Office coordination and team communications
  • Onboarding support and event coordination
  • Coordinate internal communications and support business unit meetings
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including uniforms, IT setup, and training

About You

You’re an all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and isn’t afraid to take initiative. You’ll be confident stepping into a new space and making it your own.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar admin role
  • Confidence to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to new challenges
  • Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Sharp attention to detail and a collaborative spirit
  • Intermediate understanding of procurement and SAP (a bonus!)
