About the role

With our continued expansion comes a range of exciting opportunities for experienced Lineworkers to join our team at the Hume Depot. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining critical electricity distribution assets that keep communities powered and connected. Every day brings new challenges as you contribute to essential infrastructure projects that make a real difference across the network.

Responsibilities include

• Study and interpret technical drawings, network line diagrams & maps
• Undertake the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution and/or transmission networks in accordance with Company Policies, Quality Systems and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirements
• Emergency response on high/low voltage distribution assets

About You

• Hold a Certificate III ESI in Distribution or Line Mechanic Distribution Level 4
• Current Electrical Lineworker Distribution Licence
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle highly desirable)
• White/Blue card (OHS construction induction card)
• Experience within an electrical maintenance and construction environment
• Experience working in high-risk environments, with a strong commitment to safety protocols
