The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Claro (Aged Care and Disability service provider division of Zenitas) team. This role will be responsible for providing proactive and effective finance support and advise to operational teams that reflects a sound understanding of operational and financial imperatives.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Accurately evaluating the financial performance of Claro having regard to key performance metrics and operational activity
  • Actively contribute to ‘top down’ budgeting and forecasting to deliver robust and well-informed financial targets to operational teams and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of operational business plans by providing high quality financial analysis and decision support
  • Ensure the complete and accurate recording and reporting of all transactions, assets and liabilities in line with accounting standards
  • Review streamline and improve processes within Claro Finance

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Qualified chartered accountant
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in FPA role
  • Analytical and independent thinking mind
  • Aged care experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and numerical skills
  • High level of drive, motivation, and initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication

 Additional Requirements: 

  • National Police Records Check
  • NDIS Worker Screen or willingness to obtain
  • Evidence of work rights
