Zenitas has grown through acquisitions of like-minded, customer-focused businesses, to offer a diverse range of services that include aged care, disability services and accommodation, general practice medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech pathology, and dietetic services. 

The Opportunity:  

We are currently seeking Customer Reference Group Members. In this role the Members of the Customer Reference Group play a crucial role in providing valuable insights, feedback, and ideas to enhance the organisation's products, services, and overall customer experience. This position is pivotal in representing the voice of the customer, fostering a strong connection between the organisation and its user base. 

The Customer Reference Group will focus on issues related to our brands Claro Aged Care & Disability Services and Plena Healthcare. 

These are a paid roles, requiring attendance at 3-4 online meetings per year, requiring a total commitment of up to 12 hours per year. 

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:  

  • Bringing the customer voice to our decision making 
  • Opportunity to contribute to and improve overall customer experience 
  • Contributing to open communication, providing feedback, and fostering collaboration between our organisation and the individuals who receive our services 
  • Providing recommendations, suggestions, and feedback to Zenitas Healthcare on an ongoing basis 
  • Actively participate and contribute to meetings and activities and be able to commit to attending 3 scheduled meetings per annum  

To be considered we are looking for Members with the following experience / skills: 

  • Lived experience of customer needs, preferences, and pain points 
  • Ability to think from the customers perspective and advocate for improvements 
  • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely to both internal teams and external audiences  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams 
  • Familiarity with the industry, products, and services 
  • Understanding of current market trends and competitive landscape 
  • Reliable in providing timely feedback and responses 
  • Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information 
  • Adherence to ethical standards in all interactions representing the organisation
