Personal Trainer

Located in the heart of Epping, the Y NSW Epping Centre is a vibrant, community-focused facility where people of all ages come to move, learn, and connect.

You'll be right on the gym floor—coaching, motivating and supporting members to get the most out of their training.

• Design and deliver effective exercise programs
• Supervise the gym and support members at all times
• Provide technique guidance and fitness advice
• Run inductions, consultations and program reviews
• Promote a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment

This role focuses on delivering exercise programs, supervising members and ensuring safety during equipment use.

Essential Criteria

• Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• AUSactive Registration
• Passion for health, fitness and helping others
• Strong customer service and communication skills
