What We're Looking For

We believe great educators come in all shapes and sizes, but the ideal candidate will bring:

• A genuine passion for working with school-aged children
• A current or in-progress qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a natural ability to connect with children
• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
