We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Pool Lifeguards to join our casual pool on an as-needed basis. If you are passionate about water safety and enjoy working in a dynamic aquatic environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise swimmers and enforce pool rules to ensure a safe aquatic environment
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid
- Conduct regular pool inspections and monitor water quality
- Set up and pack down pool equipment as required
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Maintain accurate records and complete incident reports when necessary
- Assist with the delivery of aquatic programs and activities as directed
About You
- Hold a current Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Possess a current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations
- Be reliable, punctual, and professional in your approach
- Have the flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays

Requirements
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
- Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
- Working with Children Check
- Strong swimming ability
