The Y NSW is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OSHC Educator to join our friendly team at Ettalong Beach. This role is ideal for a student currently studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Education, Teaching, Youth Work, Community Services, or a related degree, who already has experience working in an OSHC environment.

What You'll Do

✨ Deliver engaging activities and experiences for primary school-aged children

✨ Support children's wellbeing, development and learning

✨ Build positive relationships with children, families and school communities

✨ Contribute to a safe, inclusive and child-focused environment

✨ Work collaboratively with a passionate team to deliver high-quality OSHC programs

✨ Support program planning, reflection and continuous improvement processes.

Essential Requirements

βœ… Experience working within an OSHC, vacation care, childcare or school-aged care setting

βœ… Currently studying or willing to commence a Diploma or Degree relevant to Children's Services

βœ… Valid Working with Children Check

βœ… Strong communication and relationship-building skills

βœ… Reliable, energetic and passionate about supporting children and families

βœ… Commitment to child safety and wellbeing.

⭐ Current First Aid qualification (HLTAID012)

⭐ Current CPR qualification (HLTAID009)

⭐ Child Protection qualification
