Customer Service Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our Aquatic and Fitness Centre team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the leisure and fitness industry, with the potential to transition into a part-time role.

Availability Requirements

• Minimum of 3 shifts per week
• At least 1 shift per weekend
• Flexible availability between 5:30am and 9:15pm, including opening and closing shifts
• No leave available through to the end of the year

Who We Are Looking For

• First or second year university students, or candidates not currently studying
• Someone with a strong customer service focus and a positive attitude
• A reliable and committed individual who can meet the availability requirements
