As a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor, you'll lead high-energy, world-class fitness programs that inspire, motivate, and empower participants to reach their fitness goals while having an absolute blast!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering electrifying Les Mills group fitness classes with unmatched enthusiasm and expertise
- Creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where every participant feels valued and motivated
- Demonstrating proper form and technique while keeping the energy levels sky-high
- Building meaningful connections with class participants and fostering a strong fitness community
- Staying current with the latest Les Mills releases and choreography updates
- Maintaining exceptional safety standards while delivering unforgettable workout experiences
- Collaborating with our amazing team to promote classes and grow participation
- Providing modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels
What We're Looking For:
- Current Les Mills certification in one or more programs (BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, RPM, or others)
- Infectious enthusiasm and genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Outstanding communication skills and natural ability to motivate and inspire
- Strong understanding of exercise physiology and safety principles
- Reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude
- AUSactive Registration
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous group fitness instruction experience

Salary
$36.15 per hour plus $26 per group session
