As an OSHC Educator, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, build friendships, and thrive before and after school.
About the Role
You will:
- Deliver engaging activities including sport, creative arts, STEM experiences, games, and outdoor play.
- Support children with homework and learning opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Contribute to a fun and dynamic program that children look forward to attending each day.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Energetic, positive, and engaging individuals who enjoy being actively involved.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and professional approach to work.
- Experience in OSHC, childcare, education, coaching, recreation, or youth work is highly regarded but not essential.
Essential Requirements
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Mandatory Child Safety Training.
- Availability for before-school and/or after-school shifts.
